Clearform Billing & Invoice Policy

One-Time Publish Pass

The One-Time Publish Pass costs ₹99 per purchase.

Each successful purchase provides one Publish Pass.

The Publish Pass is consumed when the customer publishes a form.

The purchase is not a recurring subscription.

Starter Subscription

Starter costs ₹499 per month unless otherwise stated.

Starter is a recurring monthly subscription.

The subscription automatically renews according to the applicable payment-provider terms until cancelled.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Clearform's payment provider.

Clearform may receive payment identifiers and transaction information required to confirm payment and provide the purchased service.

Payment Confirmation

After successful payment, Clearform will provide appropriate payment confirmation or receipt information.

Subscription Billing

Starter customers should be able to view relevant billing information, including:

• Current plan

• Subscription status

• Billing amount

• Billing period

• Next renewal date

• Cancellation status

• Payment history

Cancellation

Customers may cancel Starter through the available Clearform billing/account controls.

Cancellation prevents future renewal. It does not normally terminate access immediately.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Clearform Refund & Cancellation Policy.
