These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Clearform.

By creating an account or using Clearform, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Clearform Service

Clearform provides an online form-building and information-collection platform.

Features may include form creation, response collection, response-quality guidance, analytics, AI-powered functionality, integrations, and other features introduced by Clearform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Clearform account and login credentials.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.

3. Creating Forms

Users may create and save forms as drafts.

Draft forms may be edited before publication.

Users are responsible for reviewing their forms before publishing.

4. Published Forms

Once a form is published, its questions cannot be edited.

Users cannot:

• Add questions

• Remove questions

• Change question types

• Modify the published question structure

Users may make permitted changes such as editing the title, description, theme, or logo.

Clearform will display an appropriate warning before publication.

5. Publish Pass

A ₹99 Publish Pass allows a user to publish one form.

The Publish Pass is consumed when the form is successfully published.

Once consumed, the Publish Pass cannot be restored by:

• Deleting the form

• Archiving the form

• Unpublishing the form

• Duplicating the form

• Renaming the form

A new published form requires another Publish Pass or an active subscription that includes publishing.

6. Response Limits

The One-Time Publish plan allows up to 100 responses for the published form.

Once the applicable response limit is reached, the form may stop accepting additional responses.

7. Starter Subscription

Starter is a recurring monthly subscription priced at ₹499/month unless otherwise stated.

Starter may include features such as:

• Unlimited published forms

• Monthly response allowance

• AI Response Quality

• AI Insights

• Website Embed

• Google Sheets integration

• Additional workspace functionality Features may change over time.

8. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their Starter subscription through the available account or billing process.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal.

The user may continue to access paid features until the end of the already-paid billing period.

9. Subscription Expiry

After a Starter subscription expires, Clearform may disable Starter-only functionality.

Existing forms and responses will not automatically be deleted solely because a subscription expires.

Forms may stop accepting new responses until the applicable subscription or response entitlement is restored.

10. AI Features

Clearform's AI features provide assistance with response quality, follow-up questions, analysis, and related functionality.

AI-generated output may contain errors or omissions.

Users remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated information before relying on it for important decisions.

11. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The forms you create.

• The information you request from respondents.

• Your use of respondent information.

• Obtaining appropriate permissions or notices where required.

• Ensuring your forms comply with applicable law.

• Maintaining the security of your account.

12. Prohibited Use

You may not use Clearform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized activities.

You may not attempt to:

• Circumvent payment or usage limits.

• Gain unauthorized access to Clearform.

• Interfere with the platform.

• Reverse engineer or abuse the service.

• Use Clearform to distribute malicious or unlawful content.

13. Intellectual Property

Clearform and its underlying software, technology, branding, design, and platform remain the property of Clearform or its licensors.

You retain rights to content you submit or create, subject to the rights necessary for Clearform to provide the service.

14. Service Availability

Clearform will make reasonable efforts to maintain the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, technical failures, third-party service failures, security incidents, or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.

15. Termination

Clearform may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary due to serious violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security concerns, or other circumstances permitted by law.

16. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Clearform Refund & Cancellation Policy.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clearform will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Changes to the Service

Clearform may modify, add, or remove features from the platform.

Material changes may be communicated where appropriate.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of Clearform after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where legally applicable.
